The GAZ Limo chronograph watch by Vostok-Europe is inspired by the limo of Russian dignitaries. The watch dial is a direct inspiration of the dashboard clock from this famous vehicle with art deco style numerals around the chapter ring. Utilizing a quartz chronograph movement, this numbered, limited edition watch is hand-assembled in Vilnius, Lithuania. The movement has a split-second, “retrograde” style chronograph feature for hyper-accurate timekeeping of events. The hardened mineral crystal, surgical grade stainless steel and top-grain leather are all elements of the unmatched quality for the price of Vostok-Europe watches.
The Vostok-Europe brand of watches was established in 2004 and was geared initially to the Western European market. These watches are assembled by the Koliz Vostok Company of Vilnius, Lithuania.
Vostok-Europe is the joint-venture company between famous Russian watch maker Vostok and Koliz company, which is based in Lithuania. The company’s first motto was “The Best Soviet Technologies for Modern Watch Design.” Today’s mottos are: “For going to extremes” and “Made for experts by experts.”
Recently, the Vostok-Europe brand was introduced to the United States market.
