Using exquisite care, they would carve out the plates of the movements, seeing who could cut away as much brass as they could while still allowing the movement to tell time. Today, this Old World craftsmanship is available to you through the JIUSKO Elegant, a watch that celebrates the skill of those artists of time.
Inside the surgical grade stainless steel case is a 20 jeweled automatic movement that has been cut away, much like the old watchmakers crafted. You will see the balance wheel swinging back and forth, 6 beats per second, the gear train ticking away the seconds, and the rotor turning, automatically winding your watch to keep accurate time. Protecting this stunning movement is a scratchproof sapphire crystal that will look fresh and new for years to come. And, since this watch is automatic, there’s never a battery to replace—simply wind it a few dozen times to start the movement, set the time, and go about your day. The Elegant looks beautiful either worn with a bespoke suit or with a T shirt and jeans; it’s as timeless as it is versatile.
The bracelet is also crafted from stainless steel; the multilink construction will allow it to drape your wrist like silk, and yet it will keep the Elegant securely on. The hidden push-button deploy clasp seamlessly integrates the bracelet together. And, the modern large size (43mm) makes the Elegant a showpiece as well as a timepiece.
